NO Service from Best Education

I have problems going into the grades which I paid for.

It keeps giving me an error 403 Forbidden. I have send numerous emails for another grade which I paid for, but no response.

In this time I need all the help I can get and at the moment I do not get any help from Best Education. I will definitely not register with them again. I have also asked them why they only give us one set of papers per subject per exam?

I would like to get a response back asap.
