BEST EDUCATION link to pdf worksheets NOT WORKING!!!

My experience has been good until now. There is no way to contact Best Education!?! I can not print the work sheets, some pdf error. I have tried with various computers and same response. File is damaged or not supported!

Contact Me page sends you to the Best Education Telegram platform, but it is Admin run and one can to post, only receive messages. The email address *** as given on the website bounces back! The only alternative is to post here and hope that someone from Best Education will see this and respond with a solution? Please assist in printing the grade 5 worksheets that I have subscribed to?!
