Waste of time and no communication.

I've been coming to this BestDrive for years and always had good service. Today, I went to get alignment and balancing done. Within minutes, my wheel alignment was done, and then I sat for almost an hour, and they had not even started on my balancing. Something about a broken compressor that I can understand, but nobody said a word to me, and I could have sat there for another hour with nothing happening. I left without my balancing being done. It was a waste of time.
