Very upset and unhappy dealing with Best Drive / Complete Car Care Centre Pretoria North

I bought a Peugeot through We Buy Cars Centurion on the 29th August 2019. When I bought the car the sales person advised me that the clutch and cam belt needs attention. Car Details: Peugeot 206 cc 1.6 2004 I drove the car from the 29th August till the 2nd September – 680km – with no problems. On the 2nd September I booked in the car at Car Service Centre – Best Drive Pretoria North (RMI approved - certified dealer). They did a clutch kit replace, cam belt and engine mounting that was cracked. While booking in the car I explained to them that the water temperature climbs and drops again and feel that they should check it as well. Total invoice was R10000 which I paid. When I got my car back on Wednesday 4th September, I was told that the thermostat was removed and not replaced at all and the car does not need it to function and drive. Thursday the 5th September I was ready to drive back to Northern Cape where I live and work. Not even 20km the car over heated and was not able to drive further at all. I took it back to the service centre – Best Drive Pretoria North – and was handled in such matter that I was my problem and was told it would take 4 weeks to repair and would cost R30000. With my leave period was over and out of funds, I could not keep the car there. Besides I had the experience that they didn’t want to help me further. I took the car to Bosch Car Service Centre Pretoria Gezina, booked it in on 6th September and was told: The Engine Head needed to be skeemed cause it was damaged, The Water Pump was damaged and needed to be replaced, They couldn’t believe that Best Drive Pretoria North removed the thermostat and didn’t replace and put it back at all – That’s why the car overheated! They did put back the thermostat that was missing with a new one, Radiator also was damaged due to overheating... Smaller minor replacements has also to be done – Antifreeze, pipes and etc. Total Invoice was R21000 which I paid. I am very upset with Best Drive Pretoria North for taking out the thermostat and not replacing it and keeping it out of the vehicle. With all my research and calling everywhere for assistant and guidance all parties are saying the same – that my car, specific model should not be without a thermostat.
