Dishonest dealer

my car had a tyre problem while i was on route to Bloemfontein. i went in at Best Drive Colesburg. i arrived there at past 11 in the morning. I was assisted by Neil. he told me that the two front tyres need to be replaced, for my own safety i agreed. I asked him if he had a continental because continentaln have a warranty on their tyres. he gave me a quote and said they do have the same size as the tyres they took out. i drive a 135i BMW. I paid for the tyres and was told they were being fitted. I was then informed that the car was ready. i went to the car and upon inspection i realised that the tyres fitted in the car were not the brand and size that i paid for. i went back to Nei and also informed the owner, they called samuel the guy who fitted the tyres and talked to him. they said they would bring the correct tyres. i had to wait and left the dealer at past 3. i drove to Bloem and returned to cape town today. i went to Best Drive in Bree Street for them to assist me and register the warranty. they informed that the tyres are not run flats. the delear removed run flat tyres from my car and told me that they had such tyres in stock. i am upset that i was taken advantage of and that i was de*****ed to believe that the tyres that were in my car were the same as that which they removed. cash was never an issue.
