disappointed

About two weeks ago I visited supa quick fitment centre in the scottburgh area and on arrival I was pleased to note refreshments were provided for us customers (water dispensor , coffee machine ) I soon realised this is not the case at all their branches. I was suprised when I visited best drive (umzinto ) and was told the management is one and the same. I'm confused as to weather our money is not good enough in the umzinto area as to be given a different treatment. However where they lack in being "biased " in regards to the refreshments they do cover it up with their service. It's the service and quality of the work that stopped me from having a horrible experice .
