Care less technicians

I was at best drive comaro crossing to fit the rear Tyre on the 26/10/2022 @ 12:59 I made a payment now when I'm driving to Mpumalanga on the 28/10/2022 around 19: 20 the Tyre came loose on N1 I guess my stud is damaged. Will need to carry out full inspection one the wheel assembly. I have sent the email to the service consultant all he did is to sent me documents where the technicians signed that they carried out all the procedures What about my safety and my family ? Worst service ever received I won't recommend any best drive.
