Bestdrive Witbank does not want service

Just saw the first business that does not want to do business. I was at the bestdrive branch in Emahlahleni at half past 10. All i wanted them to do is rotate my tyres and wheel balance for my contisure warranty as i have reached 10 000 Km. They showed me away saying their going to close the shop in half an hour and they do not want to work late on a Saturday. This is terrible service as now i will also lose my warranty thanks to them.
