Bestdrive service gone wrong

Brought in a vehicle for lining, drum, RHS camber and alignment at 3pm. We gave authorization to fix the vehicle 3:19pm. At 5:25pm, the vehicle was not at all nearly done. Instead when walking in the workshop, Bestdrive employees where arguing amongst each other and the work required on the vehicle on standstill. More than 2 hours nothing concrete done.
