Best drive is never worst drive

I had puncture tyre and replaced one Firestone tyre by Hi-q Umzinto which was ok and then again the very next week I had to replace another tyre and the sales person told that he has a different pattern tyre. I said as long as size is 215 55 16, I don’t have problem and it was replaced in the rear right. I was not happy how the car was moving at higher speeds anyway after ten thousand KM., I changed the tyres back to front and front to back. I never used to touch at speed humps and in my driveway but I was now. I was getting like tired driving and didn’t like the car. One stormy rainy night I knocked an animal on the freeway and broke my front grill etc. after fixing all that we did re check and found out a different profile and size 205 55 16 tyre on my front right. I was really shocked and went back to the best drive and complained. It’s like wearing different size shoes one must get backache. No one said sorry anyway. They stripped all tyres as per my request and brought new trees which didn’t look clean and on Checking the manufacture date it was September 2015, and we were in November 2021. Almost expired tyre. They assured nothing will happen etc., I had no option but to replace cause I was so fed up with the old tyres with one wrong size tyre. Guys watch out these people for their small profit they can harm us a lot and put our lives in danger. They won’t actually be sorry or care.
