Best Drive Durbanville

My wife's Suzuki Swift had a weird rattle/noise coming from the right front of the car. I was convinced that it had to be the CV joints, I contacted Best Drive Durbanville and was asked to bring the car in for an assessment and quote. The following day when I arrived myself and 1 of the employees took the car for a drive around the block to get a more accurate assessment while driving. Before returning the employee already confirmed that it was not the CV but sounds like the engine mounting. Once we arrived back on inspection it was confirmed that the engine mounting bolts have come loose. The mounting was quickly tightened and further inspection was done to confirm that the CV's were okay and all other mountings were tightened correctly. When I went to pay for the assessment and work done, I was told that there was no fee. I however insisted that I at least give the employee a tip for all his assistance. I am happy to endorse Best Drive Durbanville in regards to their honesty, knowledge and customer service provided.
