Best Drive Arrogance

Bought a new battery for my beetle in Sept 2023 I took in a 634 but they only had a 639 Yesterday the battery was dead Now they did not have a 639 in stock but they had a 634 which is the correct battery for the car Had they had a 630 they would replace at no cost The price of batteries have gone up since then so they said I must pay the difference No promblem with that However the 630 is now R85 more than it was in Sept They would not make the difference payable between the current price of the 634 and 630 Insisted the price difference is on the old 630 price Staff can’t make decisions and the manager who is quite abrasive hides and staff need to continuously refer Evenrually he came out to discuss with me and refused to listen despite me taken 9 vehicles to them in a year So that’s the end won’t be supporting them and YES YOU SIR can forget about our business May more customers follow you ARROGANT individual you are Also learn to empower your staff instead of wasting 50 min of my time for a battery
