Best Drive, AKA Worst Drive!!

May 2019 I went to Best Drive in Lenasia to replace my shock mountings and other stuff. They apparently replaced it and I was not given any warranty. The car still made noise but I assumed its something else, after replacing quite a things on the car, there was still a noise, I went to Best Drive at Viking and was told that I once again need to replace the shock mountings and stabilizer link! This cost me another R1400.00. To my horror, Best Drive at Viking broke my car’s deflector which is almost R1000 as well as the caps. I was told to get a quote from VW which I did and took it back to Viking and a lady by the name of “Nice” said she will escalate. I went back today and was told it was never escalated and spoke to a Tebogo who said he cant do anything today and he wont be in tomorrow but will escalate. Pathetic service. I took my car for repairs only for you to break something else and now I have to run around getting quotes and being sent pillar to post.! Pathetic!
