Beast drive cutsomer service

I'm a loyal best drive customer who has bought tyres for my fleet for the past two years. i submitted one tyre for inspection as it was still under warranty but had a lump and to date when i call they always saying they also awaiting feedback. this is three months ago and I'm still waiting
