BAD SERVICE

<p>Morning<br />i visited Bestdrive Umzinto on the 28th April to have 4tyres and 4shocks fitted to my car.<br />When leaving the store, i asked Zakariya where my printout for the alignment was and he told me<br />that the operator left it in my car.<br />It was closing time, so i left and when i got home, i could not find the printout anywhere in my car.<br />i contacted the store the next day and asked the salesman Saayed for my printout. He said he would<br />get it and phone me back. He did not get back to me.<br />I phoned Saayed on Tuesday the 2 May and he gave me the same story.I am still awaiting a reply<br />from the store.<br />From this i can only conclude that the wheel alignment was not done because my car does have a<br />vibration on the wheels.</p>
