They did a suspension check and advised that I needed tie rod and rack ends
They did a suspension check and advised that I needed tie rod and rack ends. I sourced the parts and was told that the parts were correct. After they installed it, I am not able to turn the steering fully to the left and right and cannot park the car now as they have damaged my steering rack when installing the rack ends. They refuse to take responsibility for the damage which is estimated at R4500
