Do not take your car to BestDrive in Centurion
The workshop manager is very ****** doesn’t respect people. I serviced my car and they didn’t bother to even wash it when I collected the vehicle. I did repairs worth R24 000 when I collected the car it was dirty and repairs were done properly as the car was leaking oil. I spoke to workshop manager who was unwilling to assist or admit they made a mistake on the vehicle. Other people that were doing repairs or service were offered collection and delivery but I was not I assume this is because I’m black

Your vehicle was serviced at our workshop, we have determined and informed you that the timing chain must be replaced as it is faulty and will result in engine failure. You have refused to replace the timing chain at the time of service. Week later you have reported the engine failed as a result of the timing chain. We have assisted you with the repair and no issue have been reported or mentioned to the extent of the repair.
At this moment your vehicle is leaking oil between the gearbox and engine (rear main seal) we have not work on this section of the vehicle and the repairs performed on your vehicle does not have any correlation to this fault, this is a new fault / issue and does not relate to our repairs / work.
As you are aware your vehicle has multiple defects / poorly maintained / high mileage considering age of vehicle, we cannot be blamed for each and every fault on your vehicle.
The matter has been referred to the RMI dispute forum. I suggest that you await their outcome.
