Worst online store anywhere worst customer service no refunds

Been waiting for my order for over 6 months. I’ve had to go to the post office one 3 occasions to go look because they say the item is there, it’s not. Who uses the post office to send things anyway? I’ve now been instructed to go again to obtain paperwork to get them to reship to wait another year??? I’ve demanded a refund to no avail. Don’t buy from this place it’s a ****.
