They do not care once you've paid- Still waiting for refund.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping. The sizing was way off on the bikini I ordered, quality was okay. Was not delivered too my door, despite all the info you put in. I was not notified when my item had arrived, even though when using the tracking number it says they did try contact me. I had to pay in extra to collect the parcel- and wait in queues, honestly could have just gone to the shops. MAIN ISSUE was after I tried to get a refund and return the item. It was WAY too small, despite me ordering a size larger than I actually am. They made the process incredibly difficult. But anyway, I return the item (which I have to pay to do through the post office), and send them all the info as they instructed me to do. It's now been three weeks and I have not received my money back. I send them messages very often and they leave me on read. Once you have made a purchase, they DO NOT care. Its absolutely shocking how they treat their customers. I would not recommend this brand to anyone!
