Terrible customer service , 4 months delayed and waiting

Waiting for over 3 months to receive parcel. Blames lockdown and imports. Only way to contact them is via email and then they refer you to the russian parcel tracking website.

Asked for money back and no response from them. Parcel has yet to arrive from April. Wanted the face mask for my mom, had to make alternative arrangements.

Don't buy from Best Dress, looks like a **** site
