I placed an order for 2 mask with the added extra for speedy courier on the 13 March 2020. The speedy courier says delivery between 5-10 days. It has now been 63 days. At the end of March I sent numerous email and Facebook posts inquiring about my order and eventually got told that the order could not be shipped due to lockdown restrictions. on the 7 April I received an email with the tracking details showing that the order was at the airport on the 11 April and still has not left till today. How long does a plane take to fly to SA? I emailed them on the 12 and 13 of April requesting a refund and have still not received reply. I would like my money back as it seems my order will never arrive and they just ******** out to ***** your money.
