NO LUCK WITH BESTDRESS.CO.ZA it's more like WORSTDRESS.CO.ZA

This site has really pulled the wool over our eyes - they clearly have **** reviews all over - and even on HelloPeter it seems as you can see from other reviews. When purchasing most reviews were great - before we purchased the communication from the "shop" was great but since making the purchase we are very fearful for our parcel and as to where our money actually is after seeing these reviews! We have received emails stating that our order has been shipped but when using the tracking numbers sent we have no results. The parcel appear to be lost or non-existent. We having been trying to get help for days now to no avail we continuously try call the post office to assist as well because the website has been of no help since *****ing our money it appears! this site has now let us down after assuring us previously things would be in our favour. We are highly disappointed with the lack of communication since making a purchase. Prior to making a purchase we were pleased with the service now we see our money has been taken and we are being taken for a ride! I really hope we are wrong and the systems are just not showing us our parcel number or the tracking system is down for this week but i am fearful that we aren't actually going to receive anything - which is extremely sad as these dresses were going to be for the brides**** at my cousins wedding!!! Thank you for turning a special precious time into a lot of stress for our beautiful bride to be - WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WE HAVE HAD THUS FAR.
