Misleading online shop

Worst online shop ever, do not be fooled by their advertising and their sales. Upon ordering they are at your beck and call. They advertise as locally but once ordered it states 14-28 days for delivery because it gets shipped from overseas. I received the parcel and it is way too small and very bad quality. It has been over a week of emailing and facebooking to please return the jacket. Only reply was this...
