I need my order now now.

Hi Best Dress - My name is Khentsane TAU who follows your page on Facebook and I have recently ordered a Jacket (Tropical Bomber Windbreaker Zipper Basic Jacket - White, M ) on the 5 June 2019 with order number #30099 and till today when use the tracking number with your courier it shows as in customs in JHB from 21 June 2019. This is not right I have paid you R499 with a minute and it takes you more then 27 days to delivery my order. Please can you refund me my money and take your order.
