Bought masks online from Best Dress in March 2020, They specified 5 -7 days delivery it is June and i still have not received my goods. They refuse to refund me as the goods are in 'transit'. These goods have been in transit since the April 2020. The link they gave me to track does not work. I ordered my goods as in stock Jhb it would appear that the goods are traveling from China. If i wanted to order from China i would not have done so thro a third party at an exorbitant rate.
