Disappointed
I ordered a dress in April, last communication from them was that it’s shipped. Nothing after that. No response to emails and Facebook messages. I’ve just messaged them via their website now, hope they’ll respond even if it’s to give me my money back.

06 Dec 2019, 15:03I have been to Albemarle Post Office twice now and they do not have the package. Your online tracker changed location from Albemarle at 9:02 to JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) at 11:02 on the 28th of November. Still showing at the mail centre since then

I have been to Albemarle Post Office twice now and they do not have the package. Your online tracker changed location from Albemarle at 9:02 to JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) at 11:02 on the 28th of November. Still showing at the mail centre since then
