Bad service and delivery!!

What terrible service. I order my dress and it's been 78 days after my purchase, and I still haven't received my parcel!!!! They told me it's 2 blocks away from me I can go fetch it, but they didn't tell me where. Plus I did not pay to go and fetch it myself. Truly bad service!
