Angry customer

I have ordered 7 masks on the 23rd March 2020 . I have mailed them on numerous occasions and have not received any form of communication with them with regards to my order of R3,493 . There is absolutely no telephone number for this company. Is this a ****???? I want a refund as this order is gazetted as an essential and can be delivered during lockdown. I demand answers
