Absolutely terrible!!!!

I have placed an order on the 26 of September 2019. I still haven't received my order? More than 4 months later? No one is getting back to me? I sent emails, I messaged on their facebook page and I completed the enquiry form on their website!! How can this company brag with excellent customer service on their website when they have absolutely no customer service what so ever!!!! This company is ***** and *****ing customers' money!!!!!
