Bad debt finance no operating in good faith

I hve problem with this financial institution i had loan with them in 2020 and got retrenched in that year December 2020 and I sent them all necessary documents because i had credit protection policy with them to my suprise 2 years later they sent me an email that i still owe them and they have not updated on compuscan now I am credit listed i have all the proofs and emails
