Bad bed,Substandard product and Bad service

My name is M,I bought a bed from best comfort beds last week Monday ,could not sleep cos of many strange rickety sound from the base and the bed is made of a huge chunk of spring n a small layer of foam for R2000 and i complained their boss Ash promised replacing with a better one but yet he didn't do as promised and yet didn't refund my money..I have been sleeping on the floor since thursday last week,help me please where do i go and what do I do? Cos Aah want to bully me to silence saying any case they have they always win but i told him am not scared ...Best comfort bed is ******* don't buy..if u buy you buy at your own risk..their bed is over expensive and its substandard.
