This company is still stuck in the past. All management is only White Afrikaans people. You get special treatment if you are Afrikaans and receive a higher salary.There is no inclusion and diversity , no equal opportunities for staff of colour or Non Afrikaans people, you need to work 3 times as hard. This company exploits staff members such as Receptionists and warehouse who will be required to clean toilets even if it is not in their job description(the owners would never ask a white lady to do so). There is no structure or proper internal controls so you will be set up for failure , you will always have poor reviews because of this which will affect salary reviews.If you hand in your resignation the owner's wife takes it personally and tries anyway possible to get money back from you or sue you for something unnecessary. The employee turnover is extremely high , this is told otherwise at interview level. The owners preach the word of God continuously but practice the actions of Satan in the way they treat staff and people. SP Botha the CEO is a ******. ******!
