Bad attitude and unhelpfull

Today i was as the airport and the security boom gate at the parking bay was open. When i decided to leave the gates was closed. I went to the one security guard and asked what to do, she said i must go and ask the one at the gate, whent to the gate and the person there said no i must go ask management, whent to the management office and the offices was closed, as i went back to my car i asked another lady what can i do to get out of the parking area and she said its not her problem, after repeting the whole story to her again she startes verbaly making rude remarks and comments. I said i will go and report her to management wherby she started laughing and said i must go and see what happen, i went to the station manager and as soon as i started explaining the situation the lady came in and said that i was the one who made rasist comments towards her before i knew it another three random people said they also heard me saying it. Yet me and the lady was the only one in vicinity, Securaty ganging up to get away whith their wrong doing. Why must race always be brought into a situation.
