Motorplan with no benefit just fooling the consumer

I purchased a second hand BMW with balance of motorplan. I took the car in for a change of ownership on the motor plan, what the dealer did was reset the service indicator on the vehicle without doing the service to get away with doing a service to the vehicle. I took the car in again for minor faults like a noise on the steering their reply was " that noise is normal" according to me that is definitely not normal. They try and not fix your vehicle to save money on the motor plan. All consumers are not idiots and have knowledge of motor vehicles and what is a problem on the vehicle. The gearbox is noisy and they ignore whatever you complain about. They said they did a service on the vehicle but just ****.
