Incorrect information given

I took my BMW 320D in to Best Auto in order to locate the problem of the vehicle not turning the started motor. The next day i was contacted by Beveley to inform my that the starter motor is deffective. To replace the started will cost me in the region of R12000.00 which I could not afford. She then commented that they could send the starter for repairs to the amount of R2200.00 for the parts and R600.00 for the labour. On 4 August 2015 I collected my vehicle and was then informed that the total cost will be R4700.00. I complaint and pointed out that Beverly quoted me as above. When she was caled, she denied that she gave my the wrong quote. Also their were items on the bill which I did not request e.g. Car wash (which was done poorly), Inflating the tyres, consumeables(not specified) and the resetting of the flat tyre indicator( which was not fitted to my BMW. After complaining, the above items were removed from the bill. I paid the amount of R4400.00 reluctantly. On my arrival at me vehicle, i found that the doors wont open. A mechanic was called and he informed me that my battery was flat. How can that be possable if the vehicle was in their garage for 4 days!
