Bespoke prop

BespokeProp (Pty) Ltd property management my experience has been nothing close to bespoke ..paid my deposit.moved into my apartment.apartment has a pre paid meter installed ,try to buy some electricity and i get an error ,give it a day and i try again because now the units is getting low and i have a one year boy at home but to my surprise i get the same error again "invalid meter number " i contact Bespokeprop to let them know about my issue as they are the company in charge of managing the apartment complex ,well long story short we have been without electricity for 11 days and every day the only feedback we get is " we are working on it " imagine that 11 days without electricity not even eskom leaves us in the dark for so long ,,we have lost hundreds of rands of groceries.. no hot water . no lights and no way to feed my one year old boy .thanks Bespokeprop
