Bespoke by Maryke - or not so bespoke?

The word "bespoke" brings to mind a complete dedication to the specific vision each bride has for that dress of all dresses - her wedding gown! In my opinion that is not the service Maryke offers. She does design wedding dresses (and indeed some beautiful ones), but she is more of a wholesale designer, putting together designs for retailers and other resellers. She has some "ready to go" designs that can be altered to the needs of the buyer, but she struggles to bring to life a truly bespoke dress that requires design outside the realm of her established design style. The chances are good that she will try to convince the bride to rather go with a design that will incorporate elements from her repertoire. If truly BESPOKE is what you are after, think twice before commiting to the payment of any deposit, as you will not be refunded if she cannot bring your vision to life!
