Bad service…***** your money!

Do not shop from this store! They ***** money from people! My friends purchased online and physical vouchers for me and now they are saying they have expired and cannot be redeemed as they are now under new management! This was never communicated to me! Very bad customer service…probably the worst that I have experienced…so disappointed as I only had good things to buy from this store and was a loyal customer! Well they have lost me now and hope there are a few who will follow! Bad business ethics - if u change to new management that is your problem but don’t let customers suffer for this! And to make matters worse @chellino new management don’t want to get there hands dirty and push it under the rug! Do not support stores like this they don’t deserve your loyalty!
