Won't Pay Back

The end of October I paid the full amount of R1770 to Besige Breintjies for their 6 month activity pack. They ensured me they will not deduct anymore debit orders from my account. Chanel both telefonically and per email said nothing will be deducted. ...well as I found out the hard way...money was deducted again, causing me not to be able to pay some of my bills as that was not budgeted for. Spoke to them on 06/01/16 where they promised the outstanding amount will be paid back into my account the next day (07/01/16). Send Chanel a mail yesterday (08/01/16) to enquire. No reply but my mail was read and today (09/01/16) still no money paid back into my account. Be careful who you trust with your money as they are not trustworthy.
