Treating clients differently ***** service

I am getting real ***** service from this company. I am on tablet number 4 waiting for it to be replaced again because it broke again. My neighbour and I both are members and our complaints were one day apart. She recieved her replacement tablet the same week of her complaint I am still waiting on mine. I called there customer care , the women tells me they out of stock, I tell how is that possible my neighbour recieved her replacement so that was the last one, she basically told me anything to get me off the phone and told me they treat all clients the same, I guess she never knew I had all that information about my neighbour. They have always brought me a new tablet and then collected the old one. Now they want the old one and my baby has no tablet and I am paying for something I don't have. Perhaps they want to fix the very tablet I complained about and bring it back to me. Very strange service from this company be careful people
