I am a potential new customer for Besige Breintjies. I sent my first Inquiry through two weeks ago and I either get a message/ Email to say Someone will be in contact with me or :" Each and every inquiry is important to us , we will respond your request within 2-3 working days

I am not sure how 2-3 working days changes into 12 days .

All I asked was about your to packages , and wanted to enroll my child , but If this is the process to get more information to enroll my child , what is the process to get help when needed .
