Do not use Beryl Friedman

I entered into a rental will Beryl Friedman Properties over a year ago. The rental was for R5 500 per month in a cottage we are renting. I was told to pay Beryl Friedman R500 per month and the R5 000 was to go to the owner of the property. Beryl Friedman did absolutely nothing for the R500 per month that was being paid to her. She never once contacted me and my family in the year that we had the lease. When the lease was up I was contacted by the owner and advised that i should deal with him directly and to stop paying Beryl Friedman the R500. I entered into a new lease with the owner of the property and they signed an Addendum to the lease stating the terms and conditions. There has now been a huge problem in the cottage we are renting and the owner in his wisdom has called upon Beryl Friedman's services again. When I contacted Beryl Friedman i was sworn at by her. i have reported her to the Estate Agency Affairs Board. I do not think that Beryl Friedman should be allowed to be entering into rental agreements as she is totally unprofessional in her dealings with people.
