Bertus really went the extra mile to assist me and he keeps his word. That is rare now a days as people always have some type of back scheme up their sleeves, hence it's difficult to trust. But with Bertus it was an incredible experience to once again give you hope and faith in people, he knows his story when it comes to his products and have patience to explain to you until you have a clear understanding.
