FH Bertling damage and loose goods!

FH Bertling were assigned to transport our R880 000 load from South Africa to Mozambique and back after project completion! We purchased a purpose built wooden crate with lid for our Equipment to be transported in! <br> 1. When the load arrived in Moz, the crate was trashed and equipment left on a workshop floor and the driver returned to SA!<br> 2. After project completion we had to find and use an old make shift crate! The goods was loaded on a truck and transported back! Major damager were caused to our Machine where the driver secured the load with chains! it was clear that the chain were not properly tied, the load moved around during transit and no precautions were taken to protect the load from the chains as any transported would know!<br> 3. The load was finally offloaded in SA on a Saturday afternoon without informing anyone! We asked per email the week before to be contacted if the load arrived and also supp**** contact numbers! <br> When we finally learned on Monday that the load arrived, R15 000 worth of spares and tools were ****** from the make shift crate! <br> <br> FH Bertling simply refuse to take any responsibility for any loss or damages!<br> <br> Very convenient!
