Very slow and very bad service

<p>I went in at 8am to go get a letter to register my baby as I lost the first letter. I sat until 2pm just to get a letter. The ladies behind the desk sit and twirl their fingers around. When u ask them what the proseidure is they tell you to go join the que.. which means sit anywhere. They don't say anything to you and make you sit for hours. My husband went and complained since this was our second time back. The first time they closed up at 11am and send everyone away. One week after the other. They treat us like we rubish and think we don't have lives and because my husband went and laid a complained about the poor service we where the last once to receive our babies form back. The lady that was at the window turned her name tag around so we dont see her name. I'm pregnant with twins. I sat very uncomfortable for 6 hours. I had nothing to eat. Hospital looks great but very, very bad service.... </p>
