un proffessional nurses

Went to visit my uncle on saturday the 1st Feb 2020 and when we got there he was very bad and very hungry. the neighbor told us that he is not fed food and he never even took his medication, the nurses just left the mediction there and did not bother to give him, we ended up giving him the medication ourself. on the 2nd Feb we went back to the hospital and we wanted to feed him the packet soup but we forgot the flask with boiled water so we went to the nurses to ask for water and they said if there is no one in the kitchen to help us then they cant help, they refused to assist us with boiled water and they were in the kitchen next to the kettle gossisiping!! the treatment we get from these nurses you would swear they are not educated, they dont give a ****!
