Rude Dentist

Horrible experience. I went to book an appointment only to be give a date after a week. Nonetheless I went on the date and when I got to the dentist, I was told that I have an infection. I asked if my tooth is not rotten and the dentist told me that she won’t tell me one thing 5 times. I simply wanted a proper explanation of the cause of my pain, the diagnosis and treatment. I couldn’t ask any further questions. She was very rude and told me she won’t change the diagnosis coz I said so. I received proper help from a different clinic. They treat people like children and you’re not supposed to ask questions about your own health, when they are public servants. Absolutely disappointed.
