We were at the Bertha Gxowa hospital my mum was having a mild stroke and the receptionist said it was not an emergency and the guard was very rude he said if it's an emergency take her to the hospital because they will not attend to her. What kind of a hospital refuses Health care for someone in need of it. They customer service is very bad... If something happens to my mum will they take responsibility for it? A government hospital is for the public how can they turn us away. They were very ****** towards us also
