Passed away

My mother (66) was brought here not knowing what the cause of her sudden collapse was, or where to take her (2pm). After 6 hours communication was given that it was a blood clot. (10pm) Taken to ICU with no meal for the day. Only allowed to see your relatives the next day (3pm). Next day she looked worse than the day before, low heart rate. I had this feeling in me to remove her from this place before its too late. Was told that I couldn't and that she had a heart attack. Was told if heart rate drops, adrenaline will be given, would be put on machine (None was given). Next morning 8am recieved phone call to mobilise to the hospital. We arrived to the news that she had passed away... alone with no loved ones to say goodbye. 2 Days. Being able to experiencing the government health care of Germany and the USA, I confidentiality realise how low level the empathy and human care of South African gov health care is. Which mirrors primitive 3rd world management, 3rd world competency and 3rd world qualification quality. They think we as South Africans are primitive or 3rd world people. They have left my last memories and moment with my mother with anxiety and trauma.
