No proper system

No Control or proper system in place. On 18 June 2025 I took my sister for a consultation. We we informed that the lady working with collecting the appointment cards were on leave and they will try to assist. The cards of the people that came last were collected first. After complaining about it, we were informed that it is not their problem. The files of the 19th were collected instead of the files of the 18th. A system will have to be placed in order to stop confusing and causing patients to fight due to the hospital staff not having proper control.
